Wow

That's really all I can say... wow. I guess it's been a while :D Yeah I know, a little more then a while but I've been busy! lol okay that's no excuse but I really have been busy. Soooo much school stuff to do, babysitting/preschool, church and choir, Awanas, siblings, Christmas stuff, and much more. So I'll give you a quick version of what has been going on in my life.

Okay the last post was November 20th. The 23 was a praise banquet at my church. I helped at that and it was really fun. First we served everyone a a plate of food and after we helped clean up and put the church back together.

Then there was thanksgiving. It was pretty much like all thanksgivings: good food, family, and conversation. Also we did Christmas crafts with my grandma. They were really fun. And my step uncle and his girlfriend brought their little dogs and they were sooo cute! We watched home videos of my grandpa when he was little. It's kinda hard thinking of your grandparents were your age. That weekend we got our Christmas tree and it's so cute! :)

This last Sunday was our choir performance at our church. I had this solo that had a weird beginning like it was really hard to know when to start. So we did two songs at first and second service and at night we did the whole thing which is like 45 minutes. Then we had dinner at the church. Oh and my grandma came to watch us which was really cool. we only have to do it once more at our churches sister church so I'm relieved.

Hmm that's about all the major stuff. I cant wait for winter break! I have some school to get caught up on so I'll have plenty of time to do that. Grr speaking of that school i need to catch up on... My mom has my phone again lol and she changed my passwords on the computer so i cant talk to my friends. I guess it's all my own fault but i really miss them! esp shelby. I used to talk to her almost all day and now hardly ever :((

So that's about it, I'll try to be a better blogger and blog more. Have a really good Christmas and remember why we are celebrating it! ~Viki

It's been busy! I had state testing on the 12th and company on the 16th and a party on the 15th and alot of school! Hmm i'm trying to think of anything important to tell you...

I'll tell you about the party :) So my friend from school's dad invited me to her bday party. I hadn't met her yet lol. So i got a dress. And did my hair and had such a wonderful time! So thanks Shelby!

And... nothing else is really exciting. We are working on the Christmas music in choir. I don't really like the songs and i don't really like my solos lol but they are really pretty.

Great

Three of my sisters got sick last night. So that's 5 down and 3 to go. But lets pray those three don't get sick.

Anyway I kinda forgot to blog in a while like a week and some exciting things happened last week! Hmmm where to start? I'll just start with last Friday: We went to piano lessons, that was totally fun. That's all for Friday ;)

Saturday: I got up early to babysit for a family, so I did that from 8:45 to 4. And then my parents picked me up and we went into town to return all of our soda cans and stuff. side note* I hate that job! It's all sticky and you get the bottom of your shoes dirty and ahh it's just GROSS* okay after that they dropped me off to babysit someone else and that was fun, they are really high energy kids. So i stayed there till 10 or so and went home and slept! I was so tired.

Sunday: I had to get up early again lol where did my weekend go? I got up went to Sunday school and then sat in the back of the church because we were going to leave in the middle. So we watched a new family lead worship. They were really good! They found a good balance between older hymns and newer contemporary music. So it pleases everybody! So they had a dad singer and two daughters, the wife on a key board and teenage son on the drums. So we watched them and then left for the church van so our choir director could take us to another church to sing. It was so crowded. Lol the 15 passenger was full! Somehow i got stuck in the back with all the little girls. It was very giggly but the sad thing was is that I was the one giggling the most lol. So we get there and practice And then do it blah blah nothing exciting there. Afterwards we had dinner yummy at the church and then all of us kids played dodge ball in the gym. We get home and screw around till bedtime *this is where it gets gross* And i go to bed... duh duh duh duhhhhhh and i'm feelin fine lol but i wake up at 1 and barf my guts out all night lol. I would have been better by the second day but I was so hungry and ate a bunch of stuff and then i felt bad again so i went back to bed lol .

Monday I was sick nuttin much happened but i did have to miss choir ;'(

Tuesday I was better just tired

Wednesday I was good and do you know how hard it is to brush through two days of bed head? huh? very hard

So yesterday was Thursday and there was a harvest party at awanas (if you don't know what that is it is a thing at my church where little kids come to learn about Jesus and I help out) I dressed up as a hippie lol not really just one of those headband things. I didn't want to dress up but i didn't want to be boring soooo Hippie! lol

Then as we were going from the car to home one of my sisters threw up and freaked out (she is VERY dramatic) So we go to bed and I wake up to Ben coming in my room and was like who is going to take me to school? I'm like Alex is just like always, and he said Alex, Beka, and Grace were sick all last night. So I'm like go tell mom.

So now here we are Abby and I all alone in the office. The house is so quiet because everyone is sleeping and we pretty get to do what ever we want! lol party in the house! No we will be good girls lol

Today

I love these sunny days :D it's sooo easy to get motivated for school. I get up and I'm like ahh such a nice day, I'm just gonna get up and do my math :D Speaking of math.....ugh........ i was taking a unit test and the last time i took a unit test in math i went to submit my answers and they all got erased so i told my friend about it and we decided that we would write down all of our answers just in case. So she was telling me that she was taking the unit test and all her answers were erased also so this time i wrote down all my answers and it did it again. So she (shelby) asked some of her friends from this class and they said it happened to them to so someones mom emailed tech support and we shouldn't have this problem again. :D i don't know why i told you that story very random. Anyways i took the test and got 2 out of the first 20 wrong and there is still 10 written questions left to be graded tomorrow. So i hope i get a good score :D

So that's what happened today. I really want to post pictures but my mom's camera is broken :'(

Pumpkin Patch!!!

Yeah i went to the pumpkin patch today [don't be jealous] i had so much fun!! three babys, seven toddlers, four adults, and me!! We saw baby animals my favorits were the baby cow and chicks. we also went in a tractor and a maze and i'm running out of things to say...

I love babies :D they are so sweet. except when crying. I just got back from work no pumpkin patch that is next week. but i had an awesome time anyway. we made crafts..paint....duh duh duh duuuhhhhh. lol actually it went amazing no paint anywhere other then the paper.

hmm now i have to go do school... boring... i would rather sit here and blog, im people, email, surf the web. but since i like my phone to much i'll do my school so it doesn't go bye-bye

Yesterday

Yesterday when I was at church I heard an awesome sermon. Here is what it was about: Don't worry :D GOD is in control. Think about David and Goliath. David was just a boy and through God he killed the enemy, a 9'9" GIANT!!! I think it was 9'9" :D Even in the economic crisis WE NEED TO TRUST THAT GOD IS IN CONTROL

Anyway on sat i got up at....7!!!!!! on a sat! i had to babysit so i pretty much had to. I babysat from 8 to almost 4. And i babysat yesterday i babysat from 1 to 6:45. That was awesome!! I LOVE THE PRIMBS KIDS!!! Caleb the youngest picked me a flower and i put in in my hair and then Josiah told me it looked pretty :D so sweet. We played outside a lot they showed me a dead animal ~grosssssss~ and we watched Madagascar. I love that movie it is so funny :P

Tomorrow I work at the preschool i think we are going to the pumpkin patch but that might be next week....

oh and I might be babysitting tonight to... wow I'm babysitting a lot :)) but that is not a bad thing I usually like to babysit.

I took a Spanish test on Friday the first 25v questions were easy like what does this mean and all that but the 2nd to last question i had to write 10 questions in Spanish and the last one i had to tell this story i learned into my mic and record it :D it was weird talking into the mic cuz i could hear my self in the headphones. I was like "Welcome to McDonald's how can I help you?" but i totally didn't record that. the test is still ungraded so i don't know my score.

I love music i don't know what i would do if i was deaf. I am always listening to music in the car in my room at the computer in my iPod........

last night while i was sleeping i got 11 texts from my best friend Jolene she had something important to tell me so i texted her this morning but she was already in class so i have to wait till 11:45 (her lunch) till she can tell me... I'm dieing :D

okay here is an update :D

school: i got almost caught up. so my mom really didn't take away anything but my phone is still in her possession. I'm back to loving school :P i have made some friends and it's really fun

but i'm really bored and i don't know what to say

I have about one weekend to get caught up on my school. I'm almost caught up except on my english. I have to write an essay and i keep putting it off. This is the thing though...... my mom says that if I'm not caught up by sunday night she is gonna take away EVERYTHING!!!!!!! like choir youth group babysitting anything fun like tv emails computer IMing music my books. So ya like my whole life!!! She can't take away my phone and iPod cuz she already did. On monday.... I haven't talked to my bff since monday :((((((

Anyway thats the drama right now wait i think i can make it even more dramamitic..........

I can't think of a title. Here is an update of the subjects I posted last week:

School: I HATE IT!!!!! I hate that I'm a whole week behind and it is so hard to catch up. It seems like just when I'm gaining ground I slip and fall more behind. The only thing I really like is my A+ in History.

Choir: I got my solo last night and I think I can make it work :) It is a little high and the end is funny but it is one where I'm singing over the choir. You know like they are singing the chours and I'm singing something else. But it's cool cuz I can do anything I want with it cuz it doesn't matter. So if i mess up I'll just work with it :)

Babysitting: I'm still doing a lot. Well on my way for a car :) but first I have to learn to drive :) Anyway my mom says i have to cut back on babysitting Idk why.

I'm starting a new topic, My phone: My mom has decided that at nine every night she is gonna take away my phone and I can have it back the next day when I get my school done. I'M GONNA DIE!!!!!!! This is sooooooooooo not fair. Last night was the first night I slept without my phone:( I had bad dreams haha j\k but it was really weird to wake up and not see my phone right next to me on the bed. Anyway I guess I have to step up and get up at 3 am so I can be done with school and eight and then I can have my phone all day. I'll see how that plan goes :)

Okay I have to go get ready for work. And eat breakfast :)

Ok, I'm lazy

Haha I'm totally lazy! I haven't blogged a real blog since August 30th. Wow ok so here is kind of what is going on in my life:

School: AWESOME! I love the way it is all set up. With a to-do list every day and planners and all the organization. The actual learning well... you know how it is. I'm still kinda behind because I wasn't enrolled till about a week and a half after school started. Bu I'm making up some ground.

Choir: It's fun, I don't really like the songs we are doing. Well I like the songs I just don't like the key. My choir directors are so cool. They are like an uncle and an aunt. Haha so I tried to tell them I didn't have to have a solo and this was my answer: High schoolers have to have solos :) So when it came time to pick solos I was just like give me whatever. I'm gonna trust them to pick a good solo for my voice. And I also know they pray about who gets what solo so I'm trusting in God to. And we know that when you do that anything can happen :)

Babysitting: I'm doing a lot of that also. I have two families that I babysit every week and two families that need me about once a month. And just today I started a new job working at a day care once a week for about 3 hours. It was totally cool. I love these kids:) and when the parents were picking them up I meet a new mom who took my name and number. So i might have another family to babysit for.


I'm starting to think about college (haha I'm only a sophomore) already. I really want to go to Washington State. But I don't know for sure yet. I want to be a preschool teacher because I really love little kids.

Well now I have to go eat something for lunch because I skipped breakfast and dinner last night. And then I have to go do some math : / boring. But at least I can play my music cuz everyone is gone.

I'm Super Tired

So I can't post anything new. But I'll try tomorrow... We might go and pick up my mom's camera tomorrow so if we do I'll post new pics. Oh and there is this really cool song on my play list way down at the bottom called Never Alone, I love it! So you should listen to it. Ya

Shopping

I LOVE shopping!

I got my mom to take me shopping today. And Fashion Bug had AWESOME sales! All in all, I got a pair of jeans, a skirt, and three winter shirts for under $20. (Grandma I put the dollar sign before the number:)

Anyway, we left the house at 1 and got back at 6:30, my mom was kinda tired. She doesn't like to shop like I do.

But I found a perfect answer to my babysitting problem. I have a really great friend, Meghan, who offered to do the days I can't. So if it is ok with the parents it will be perfect.

Ok, so about the babysitting itself: I got there at six and played with the kids out side while the mom finished getting ready. Then they left and we played outside some more. Some kind of tag game. I found out I'm not as fast as I used to be. Somehow I was always the one tagged and never could tag them! So we went inside and watched a movie. And then they took showers and then off to bed. They didn't want to go to bed that much. :) And then it was peace and quiet for an hour and a half. Then the parents got home and my mom came and picked me up and that was about it. They're really cute kids.

I really liked playing with them because they like to pretend and make up games and stuff. The other kids I babysit don't really like to do that.

Oh man, I just realized I have to get up early for church. But that's ok. The hard part is getting up and ready. After that it is really fun. I love my Sunday school class. Jared, the youth pastor, makes it really relaxed and more like a discussion than a class.

My first interview

I went on my first interview on Monday. It was cool and she called me yesterday to see if I could sit on friday. She wants me to sit every friday or Saturday night. EVERY! I won't be able to do anything! I won't be able to go to Jolene's house for the weekend. I'm gonna have to tell her that I have to have a day off sometime. I mean I'm not going to be gone every weekend but I think once every two months is ok.

I'm reading this book: Marie Antoinette Princess of Versailles. It actually is the second time i have read it but there is this part where she (Marie A.) is getting ready for a ball and the seamstress is putting on her gown and she notices that attached to her hoop there are small glass vials the shape of teardrops with stoppers in them, and in the bottom of each vial was a drop of honey. She says: even Mama was confused when she saw them attaching these to my hoops. She asks "what are these?" and the French seamstress says they are for the fleas. And the mom is like what!my daughter is not a dog she doesn't have fleas. And the seamstress is like oh no not your daughter it is the pomade in her hair and the wheat flour paste that draws them. GROSS!!!

Heres how they did her hair: First they divided her hair into skinny bunches, twisted them tightly and pinned them to her head. Then they pinned pads of horse hair on top of that. Next attached false braids. then to the rest of her hair (they must have left some of the hair out) they caked on a spicy-smelling ointment called pomatum. After that they sprinkled it all with powder and finally pilled it all up very high. Also they twined silk roses and toy birds with real feathers into her hair. No wonder there was fleas!

Ok this week in a nutshell

Wow I have a lot to catch up on.

Monday we left at ten for Tillamook Cheese Factory. We stopped at the Blue Herring Cheese factory first. It was about noon so we were all hungry. We ate a lot of samples :) They were pretty yummy, but everything was really expensive. Then we left for the tillamook factory, We got there and it was crowded! We took the tour tried the samples and then got some lunch. We left and got to the coast at about 2:13 which was cool cuz I estimated we would get there at 2:15, I won! We got there unloaded the car and the went for a walk on the prom. We also stopped at the aquarium. That was pretty cool, I touched a really big sea anemone. That was awesome, I also saw a octopus.

Tuesday everyone thought it would be a good idea to rent one of those surrey's for a hour. I thought different but was out voted:)



So we get there and rent a double. I don't have to peddle!! So it turned out not to be the most embarrassing moment in my life. It was actually kinda fun. Then we went to the arcade and won a bunch of tickets and walked out with a bunch of candy:) Well I got a ring but everything else was candy. Oh and Tuesday was the day we realized that Bekah left her purse at Tillamook. So we called and left my phone # and a description.
lol silly girl. Ps may I mention I have left my purse at the mall and at Bimart, got it back both times:) I wonder where Bekah learned it:)

Wed. We shopped went out for lunch and shopped some more!!! I love shopping! I got this really cute sweatshirt it's white with pink writing that says Life Guard seaside OR. Lol this weekend a girl from my choir asked me if I was a real life guard:) I'm like oh ya I can swim really good:) no lol, I said no. OK wed... after we ate lunch it started to rain really hard so we went home and watched t.v :) then at like 5 it started to get sunny so we went for a walk on the beach. It was a nice long relaxing walk. I wanted to do more but bekah was tired so we went back. And we got a call that said they found Bekah's purse!! So ya she was happy.I'm pretty sure because she got her lip gloss back and not the $20:)

Thursday we slept in a little then packed and left for tillamook to get the purse. Of course we had to get some more samples:) We got back at my grandmas and lounged around the house all day! Oh and we saw National Treasure 2. That was really good, I love Nicolas Cage.

Friday we left for our house and then we rested for 2 hours then left for Portland city fest. We got a really good spot close to the front! That was cool. City praise was the first band, they were worship. The lead singer is the Pastor that married my Aunt Katy and Uncle Ben. He is so cool! Phil Stacy was next. He was ok but I didn't really know much of his music.

Then was Kirk Franklin. He was an awesome dancer but didn't sing very much. His background singers were really good. Ok then was Luis Palau he was the talker. It seemed like he went on and on but idc.

KUTLESS!!!! YEAH!! They were really really good. I love their stage presence.

Then Chris Tomlin. He is so aweseome. I love the song Jesus Messiah!!

OK I forgot to tell you how we got to portland:) The youth pastor drove some teens and two moms into Beaverton. Then we rode MAX into Portland. It was ok. Kinda full, we had to stand but it was bearable. Then on the way back:).... So first we had to walk to the ticket thingy at night, in the dark, in downtown Portland!!! SCARY! We get there and there is a really loooonnnnggggggg line. So we wait forever and the bus comes and goes and finally we get to the front. The good thing was the line was so long we didn't have to wait long after we got our tickets. Then the next bus or whatever they are called comes and it is crowded!!! Morgan and Erica and backed up against these guys and they are holding onto the bar and holding onto Allysa and I. And Allysa and I are standing in the middle, I'm holding onto Morgans hand and there are people all around us! And right before the bus came Morgan and I made the mistake of putting on our sweatshirts! So we are on the bus burning up with all these people. Finally Morgan couldn't take it anymore so at the next stop we held her backpack and helped her take of her sweatshirt, I just pushed my sleeves up. So we get to Beaverton and we go to the car and sleep all the way home.

Saturday morning we got up and got ready for OAKS PARK!!! oh I forgot to tell you the really sad news... get ready... you'll cry.... Jolene couldn't come. Waaaaa Waaaaa. I was so sad!!! So we get to Oaks park and almost everyone had brought a friend!!! I felt so left out! They immediately formed groups: the little girls, the big girls, the 2 girls who didn't like the scary rides and the boys and tomboy. And everyone had a even number! So the big girls invited me to go with them but they didn't seem very excited about me coming. So every ride someone had to ride alone or let 4 people ride then after they went one went with the leftover person. I went on the Thunder. I about wet myself waiting in line and going up the first hill. Ask Cara: I was talking constantly. "this ride is nothing!", "Grace rode this, I can!" and on and on. I'm sure the people in front of me were laughing or something. But I made it! And it wasn't even that scary. So then I went on the screaming eagle. It was fun at the start but when you saw yourself almost going upside down I was like oh my! So I just closed my eyes and enjoyed the nice breeze:) After we were done I had gone on the thunder 3 times! Well that was not all about oaks park but nothing important happened.

CITY FEST DAy 2 started fine. After the 15 minute ride there things started to go bad. We couldn't find anywhere to park! So we drove around Portland for 30 minutes and finally found a parking garage that was tall enough for us. Well it was deceiving, it was tall enough on the bottom 2 floors but it was almost to small on the others. Of course it was packed. By level 5 my mom and I started to get really claustrophobic! It was really bad. Level six finally had parking! Thank goodness!

So we are like 40 minutes late and we show up at the river front and it is packed. We go up to the fence were you go through to the front and it is all closed up! My mom asks some volunteer and they say you can go through on the sides so we swim our way to the sides and you cant!!! By now I'm really maddddddddddddddddd I mean really! I started to get cranky and you know how it is when you haven't slept much in a week and you are really excited for something but then your hopes and dreams get dashed to the ground! Ok that is how it was. I'm afraid I got really sad and there were a few tears, I just wanted to go home. Our choices were find a spot to stand really far away or go home. Again I was out voted! So we stayed. And I calmed down. I sat on the ground through Hawk Nelson and Mercy Me and Luis Palau. Then came Toby mac my favorite band of all time came on! And I was so disappointed that I was not up front but I had an ok time. I want Toby mac to come back next year! Please Toby came back!!! If he does I'll be there in the morning! right in front!

Ok so Sunday: I slept through Sunday school and woke up to my mom waking me up and saying I have 30 minutes to get ready! So I got up and got ready... boring. Then we went to the Lafayette church for the start to see one of my friends sing. He was good. I think the song was to slow though. Then we left for the Carlton church. And saw my favorite pastor.

After we got home my mom was checking her emails and there was one from our homeschooling group and someone wants a babysitter. So I called her and we are getting together tomorrow to meet each other. I'm kinda nervous but not really. Pray that I get this job because my regular babysitting job is going to slow down because my Caleb is going into pre school this year. So I need some more babysitting.

The Beach!!!

Ok, so I'm at my Grandmas house spending the night and in the morning we are leaving for the beach! I don't know if I'll have internet at the beach so I might not be able to post anything till Friday.

Today I was at church and I sat by these really cool people and their son (Caleb). He was laying in the seat between me and his mom and he had his feet in my lap. It was so cute! And I got to see my friends who had been gone for a while. One of them came back with a new hair style and pierced ears! She looks so grown up!

I hate thinking up these blog titles!

Ok so I babysat today. I got up at like 7:30 and left at 8:45. And my mom picked me up at 4. That's a long day! So when I got there we watched Bambi. I forgot how boring that movie is! Then at 12 we had a picnic in their back yard (their back yard is HUGE and all woodsy). And we picked blackberries, it was so hot! Now I'm all scratched up!

After I was done babysitting I went to Wal-mart with my mom. I got these cute tops for only 3$.

Then we did other shopping and I found a GREAT bathing suit. It's brown and fits perfect. We also took ice cream bars to my dad who has to work OUTSIDE in the 100 degree weather. Poor daddy! P.S. I got an ice cream bar too. Yummy!

I can't wait for Sunday when we are going go to my Grandma's house and spend the night then leave for Seaside on Monday morning. I LOVE the beach and I LOVE spending time with my Grandma. So I can't wait! I'm going be gone Monday through Thursday.

I have some very exciting news. JOLENE IS COMING OVER SOON!!!! Not this weekend but next weekend she is going to come and we are going to go to Oaks Park and Portland City fest. I really want to go on Friday to the city fest because Kutless and Chris Tomlin are going to sing that night but my mom doesn't want to drive out there two days so we are going on Saturday. To see Toby Mac and Mercy Me and Kirk Franklin. So ya we are going to have a BLAST!!!

But now I have to go eat dinner. And I have to babysit again tomorrow at 9. UGH another early morning.

News

I know I've been busy. Sorry to have not posted anything new for a few days. : ( But JOLENE was here!!! YEA!!! So for all of you who don't know Jolene is my best friend. We met in 4th grade. We became friends and then Bf's. Her dad is in the marines so they moved : (((( We stayed friends but grew apart. Then in well I don't remember when I called he and we became really really good friends again. We never stopped being bfs but we just never talked or got together. But now we call text and get together often. So thats Jolie. And she came over friday the 1st and left yesterday : (( And I really miss her. Here is an account of what we did this week:)

Friday and Saturday we just hung out Sunday we went to church. Pretty boring. Well it was really fun but it looks pretty boring written like that:) Ok but Monday we went to the Salem mall and Jolie and I had so much fun!!! Kohl's had 80% off sales. Like shirts for 3 or 4 dollars! Way cool.

Tuesday we went camping. We got there at like 3 I think and we set up the tent then went to the river to cool off. Jolene and I got to share a tent. (Thanks Church!) It was really cool. So Wednesday Jolie and I went to the river by ourselves, we suntanned
and took pictures of each other and talked. So we just hung out the rest of the time.

When we came back the neighbors who were staying for the week from Vegas
had put all these welcome home papers all over our deck. It was so cute! So we made a thank you paper to put on their deck.

Friday we went to the beach with my youth group. It was cold but really fun. And then Saturday she went home : ( But starting Monday we both got kinda sick. Like whenever we saw something to eat it was like food yumm but then we would take a bite and be like sick to our tummy's so we ate like nothing except what we forced down. I ended up losing 7 lbs but I'm better now and back to my regular weight. So is she.

On Aug 23rd we are going to Oaks Park with the youth choir and right after that we are going to THE PORTLAND CITY FEST!!!!!!! Tobymac!!!! I can't wait! And it's free. The hike, singing and OAKS PARK!!!

Ok so the hike was fun going to the lookout and horrid going back up! My booty hurts bad! And my shoulders hurt from carrying the backpack. But it was fun to hangout with friends.

My church choir is going to oaks park soon! I have been looking forward to this all year. Yeah!

Singing,well I was sooooo nervous. At first service I did ok but I was to quiet. And then second service (lots more people) I was doing good I was even smiling and looking around but then I messed up at the end!! I went down when I was supposed to go up. I felt my face get all hot and red then afterwards I escaped to the nursery. Side note: All the time I was singing there were some of my friends sitting in the back talking and joking around. I am really sad bcuz these same friends don't talk to me as much as they used to and there has been 2 party's since the last one I went to that I wasn't invited to. I'm really sad but I should have expected it cuz I'm only 15 and they are all 18. They are adults now so they don't need to hang with kids like me.

Off to go hiking

I'm getting ready to go hiking with my youth group. We are leaving at 8:30 and getting back at 5:30. Then I'm going to church to practice the song I'm singing. What a long day and I'm already yawning.

Yesterday I went with my mom to pick up the Japanese girls. (For those of you who don't read my moms blog they are here to learn English and American culture. It's through our church.) They are so cute!! almost all of them fell asleep on the way home and they were wearing sweatshirts and coats!! The ac was on very low but they were still cold.

VBS

I'll tell you how VBS went:

Monday was fun, I help in the kindergarten and 1st grade class. We go to games then science then snacks then crafts then we go and do songs and a puppet show then leave. It's pretty easy. In science we learned that god made something out of nothing. We Put a black dot on a coffee filter and then dripped water on it. It turned into a lot of pretty colors:)

Tuesday was pretty much the same as Monday. As well as Wed.

But on Thursday I got to be in a drama. As soon as we were done with crafts and songs i went to get the angles ready. Then I got my costume on. I got to be John. A boy. Oh well. The skit went well it was supposed to be funny so we really exaggerated.

So that was VBS. YES I don't have to get up early!!!

On Sunday I'm singing Come Just As You Are. Not really nervous yet. Just wait till Sunday morning and I'll have no finger nails to bite off.

My mom is doing this new thing. It STINKS. On Mondays I have to make dinner, Tuesdays is Alex, WED is Bekah and Thursday is Abby. Then Friday ben helps my mom make din and sat Gracie helps and my mom makes Sunday dinner alone.

I miss my hair!!!

I really miss my long hair. Now I have shoulder length dark brown hair. My real hair color is med. brown and it used to be really long. Then I trimmed it because as you can see it was horrid! And then I thought I wanted a change so I had my cousin cut it even more and we also dyed it.

Singing

I get to sing at church the Sunday after this so I'm pretty excited but also nervous. I'm singing with the lady I babysit for and we are singing Come Just As You Are. It is in my play list to the right ---------------------------> and up a bit

I love music! I could listen to my music all day. I like Tobymac, Jeremy Camp, DC Talk, Chris Tomlin, Superchick, and pretty much all Christian artists. At concerts I get all pumped up. I just want to go outside and tell everyone the good news about God and stuff.

I also like to cook/bake. I have had a lot of practice so now I can make lots of stuff and follow a recipe. thanks mom :)

Anyway I have this live feed that keeps track of anyone that visits my site, so does bekah. And bekah has someone from Dayton that checks her blog like five times a day! and I have no one from Dayton. No fair! So i say: Dayton person Check My Blog Please!

Wow

I pretty much forgot that i even had a blog and i didn't have the time to post anything. But now it seems kinda cool so this summer i'm gonna try and do it more.

So heres what happened this last week: Sunday was my mammies b,day so we all went to her house to celebrate. I was kinda sick but had a fun time.

After that i went home with my grandma to spend a few nights. That was really fun also. Me and my sisters made a really cool doll house with blocks and doll house stuff. I don't really like to play with stuff like that (Barbies, Polly Pockets) But I love to set up their houses and dress them up.

On Tuesday some of my cousins came over and then we went to their house to swim in their pool. It was nice cuz that day was really hot! So After that we and one of our cousins went back to gmas house and spent one more night. On wed we went to the beach. It was really fun except It was soooo windy. But we found a cute little park on a lake and played in the water there. We also went to a museum and that was really interesting .

Then on saterday i went to the beach again! This time at seaside. That was really awesome to. I had alot of time with my mom.

And today i'm gonna see wall-e. I love going to the movies!! So thats all for today
